Rund continues to enhance its highly regarded team by investing in individuals who balance a strong work ethic with a personable, friendly approach towards clients and colleagues.

Anthony Ajakaiye is the newest addition to our London team, joining us as Surveyor with an 8-year strong background of experience in the property and construction industry. His past roles include working at Faithful + Gould as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, as well as The Guinness Partnership as Senior Development Officer.

Prior to Rund, Anthony worked at Rider Levett Bucknall as an Assistant Cost Manager, where he carried out Quantity Surveying and Employer’s Agent services. Anthony’s role saw him work on a variety of residential projects, including Section 106 schemes across Hampshire and Thames Valley.

Anthony is looking forward to adding value to our existing services by contributing learnings from his strong experience, while expanding his skillsets at Rund to pass the APC and become a qualified RICS member. This achievement will build upon his degree in the Build and Natural Environment and MsC postgraduate degree in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management.  

Our culture particularly drew Anthony to Rund, and we are looking forward to seeing him seamlessly integrate into our personable and highly conscientious team.
