Today, we are pleased to welcome two new starters: Hannah Griffiths, joining the London office as Graduate Surveyor, and Ollie Harrison, joining the Birmingham office as Assistant Clerk of Works.

We first met Hannah at our Graduate Assessment Day in February, where she impressed our team with her skills in communication and problem-solving. Hannah has a bachelor’s degree in Criminology, and since graduating, she has worked as a family house manager and personal assistant. She is now looking forward to bringing her exceptional organisational and management skills to Rund as this year’s first entrant to our graduate pathway.

We are also looking forward to the arrival of Ollie, who is joining our growing Clerk of Works team. With ten years of experience gained from a range of residential and commercial projects, Ollie has most recently worked as an Assistant Site Manager. His duties included maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring client targets were met, managing a team of subcontractors, and ensuring a high standard of quality and safety on site. These valuable skills will translate excellently to his new role as Assistant Clerk of Works.
