Rund has successfully been appointed onto a new framework for The Connected Partnership, providing our Employer’s Agent and Clerk of Works services.
The Connected Partnership is a group of registered housing providers, comprising of Octavia, Shepherds Bush Housing Group and Origin Housing. The three-way partnership exists to deliver an affordable housing programme in north and west London, combining the skills, expertise and resources of all three companies to manage various development programmes. The group is also currently working with the Greater London Authority (GLA) as part of a four-year scheme to develop 1,408 new homes in London.
Rund’s appointment will help bolster our strong portfolio in residential housing developments, as we help The Connected Partnership deliver many more affordable homes to London and rise to the challenge of addressing the lack of lower cost, quality accommodation in the capital.
Phil Smith, Associate Director at Rund said: “The Connected Partnership has a wealth of experience and expertise in affordable housing development. We are delighted to be able to work closely with them to manage the successful delivery of each project through our Employer’s Agent role and ensure that every home is of the highest quality in construction through our Clerk of Works service.”
