Rund employees help raise over £9,500 so far to support Hyde youth charity initiative

Rund staff members, Jo Rothery, Adrian Aplin, Owen Evans, Mason McIntyre and Dan Hallhave helped drum up £9,737 in donations so far for Hyde’s Ambition 2020 programme after taking part in the Vitality Big Half Marathon last weekend.

Staff donned their running shoes and powered through the streets of London alongside Hyde employees in support of the programme, which helps provide training and dedicated programmes to young people across the UK. Through the Ambition 2020 initiative, Hyde works with community organisations to support these youth programmes, relying on funding from corporate partners such as Rund to help expand the range of programmes and enhance the possibilities available to youngsters.

Paul Belfield, Director at Rund said: “We’re so proud of our team members who completed the run and helped contribute to such a worthy cause. It goes to show the dedication our employees have to our clients, helping support their work.”

Guy Slocombe, Chief Investment Officer at Hyde said: “It was wonderful to have the support of Rund alongside our dedicated runners at the half marathon this year. With our partners’ donation drives behind our own, we were able to boost donations to Ambition 2020 and ultimately, this will help us invest in even more young people and allow them to pursue their personal ambitions.”
