If you're looking to build a career in surveying and construction consultancy, our graduate pathway offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience on live projects while developing professionally and working towards the qualifications needed for a successful long-term career.

At Rund, we recognise that there is no single route into the profession. Whether you're a recent graduate or taking a different route into the profession, our pathway is designed to help you develop at a pace that works for you while gaining exposure to a wide range of clients and project types across different sectors.

Graduates work alongside our experienced consultants from day one, contributing to real projects and building practical experience. Alongside this, you'll receive structured support tailored to your individual goals, including development planning and further education opportunities, as well as guidance through professional qualifications such as the APC where appropriate.

We're proud of the success of the pathway and the progression achieved by those already on it. Over the past year, we've celebrated promotions and educational milestones, and many of our former graduates now play key roles within the business.

Expressions of interest for our graduate pathway and subsequent applications open on 2nd November and close on 4th December.
