Gateway Housing Association has recently purchased a new site in Hackney to deliver much-needed social housing in East London. Rund is very proud to be working on this development as clerk of works to assist Gateway in delivering a scheme to the highest standards of quality in construction.

Gateway Housing is a community-based housing association operating in East London. The organisation owns 3,000 homes, mostly in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets, but also in Hackney and Newham. The site will provide Gateway’s first new homes in Hackney for 30 years and signifies their intention to continue to provide housing in East London and will help them achieve their target to build 500 new homes by 2020.
