Rund is proud to be working closely with its longest-term client, Hyde Housing as the leading affordable housing provider progresses works at Bilsham Road, Yapton after recently securing planning approval.

Bilsham Road is a partnership scheme between Hyde Housing and Thakeham, involving the creation of 250 one, two, three- and four-bedroom properties split between Social Rent and Shared Ownership tenures. The properties are designed to be energy efficient, with each having an Energy Performance Certificate ‘A’ rating.

A key focus of the scheme is to maintain the existing rural habitat of the surrounding area. Homes will be developed in a low-density format, with additional tree planting and streams incorporated into the scheme to help enhance biodiversity.
