Rund has been recognised again for its strong Clerk of Works and Employer’s Agent service provision as specialist Private Rented Sector housing provider, Leaf Living has appointed the company onto its new framework.
The framework forms part of Leaf Living’s ambition to exchange on 5,000 homes in the next five years. Rund will be responsible for ensuring high-quality is delivered and cost-effective processes are carried out across various developments.
Established in 2021 by Blackstone and Regis Group, Leaf Living focuses on creating quality, sustainable new build homes and thriving communities in the UK.
