Today we welcome Jonathan Guy to our London office as Senior Surveyor. With 7 years of experience in the construction industry, Jonathan will support our delivery of Quantity Surveying services as we continue to grow in this field.

Jonathan joins us from a leading consultancy, where he worked on a variety of projects spanning the public and private sectors, including high-profile mixed-use developments and recreational and educational facilities. Jonathan implements commercial strategies to ensure optimal value for money, focusing on key cost drivers and design efficiencies while developing risk mitigations and capitalising on opportunities to support clients in achieving their project objectives. As we continue to increase our provision of Quantity Surveying services, Jonathan’s skills and expertise will be invaluable to the team

Jonathan attended Loughborough University, where he attained a BSc in Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying.
