Our Staff Away Day this year took place at Longridge Activity Centre in Marlow, with 57 employees buckling up for an adrenaline-filled day of group activities.

Kicking off at 9:15am, the event saw colleagues from different offices come together to tackle various land and water-based challenges.

Thrill-seekers were in their element as they climbed ‘Jacob’s Ladder’ and soared through the air at high speed on a giant swing, while water sports enthusiasts tried their hand at navigating water orbs and stand-up paddle boarding.

The action-packed day ended with a delicious buffet and drinks at the local pub, giving everyone the opportunity to catch up with new and familiar faces at Rund.

It was great to see everyone bonding as they worked together to tackle different challenges, while getting to know one another on a personal level. Social events like our Away Days are essential for helping us maintain our fantastic team culture at Rund.
