Rund has welcomed a new Assistant Clerk of Works, Michael Bannister, to its Southampton team to further strengthen its highly regarded Clerk of Works services.

Michael has almost 20 years of experience in the construction industry, working as an Assistant Site Manager across a considerable number of residential developments. His most recent tenure was at Cala Homes, where he spent two years working on new build housing projects in Chichester and Farnham.

Throughout his career, Michael has been a part of site teams across numerous award-winning projects, including the receipt of several NHBC Pride in the Job Awards. He has built up a strong reputation for his leadership and management ability, often managing up to 50 subcontractors at a time.

We are looking forward to Michael’s contribution to our growing Clerk of Works team, where he will be working across a variety of projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality build standards.
