Rund has successfully been appointed onto a new framework for Peabody, providing our Employer’s Agent services.

Peabody has over 150 years’ experience in delivering high-quality affordable housing in the UK. The housing provider has recently boosted its output after merging with housing association Family Mosaic and Town and Country Housing Group, and now provides more than 66,000 homes for 111,000 residents across London and the South East. Peabody’s ethos centres around building and maintaining high-quality developments, delivering a reliable service, and creating positive, long-term changes for thousands of residents.

Rund’s appointment will help Peabody work towards an ambitious target of delivering over 3,000 homes a year from 2021. Our strong track record in delivering quality in construction aligns with their own high-quality standards, as we will work together to provide many more affordable homes to those most in need.
