Building on our significant experience in the education construction sector, Rund is celebrating a new appointment as Contract Administrator and Quantity Surveyor on Woodgate Primary School – a £4 million new build project in West Sussex.

Woodgate Primary School will accommodate 210 pupils, with five classrooms, an early years nursery provision, an 18m² main hall, library, multifunctional space and special educational needs room. With work beginning this month, the school will open its doors to pupils in September 2021 and provide local primary school places for current and new family residents.

At Woodgate Primary School, we will be providing day-to-day contract management. Works will be completed under a Management Works Contract, and we will use our expertise to analyse different procurement packages on behalf of Thakeham and Radian to ensure all contractors meet high standard requirements.
