Rund is delighted to have secured a place on Fusion21’s national Construction Consultancy Services Framework, where we will have the opportunity to deliver Clerk of Works services to Fusion21 members across the UK.
Fusion21 is a social enterprise that specialises in efficient and impactful public sector procurement services and delivering social value you can see.
The Construction Consultancy Services Framework spans a wide range of disciplines – including surveying, stock monitoring and appraisal, environmental services, architecture, engineering, project management and multi-disciplinary consultancy. It supports members responsible for properties across the housing, local authority, education, healthcare and blue light sectors.
As an appointed supplier for Clerk of Works – Inspections Regime (Lot 13), Rund can provide independent on-site inspections to ensure construction works meet specifications, quality standards and regulatory requirements. Our team can monitor progress, advise on defects, maintain detailed records, and work closely with contractors, consultants, and Fusion21 members to support successful project outcomes and protect member interests..
This appointment reflects our continued investment in our growing Clerk of Works division – led by Paul Deakin, Executive Director (MRICS), and Terry Little, Associate Director (MICWCI). Under their leadership, the team has gone from strength to strength, and we look forward to bringing our expertise to Fusion21 members, adding real value to their projects.
Tania Silva, Framework Manager at Fusion21 said: “We are delighted to welcome all of the new suppliers onto Fusion21’s Construction Consultancy Services Framework, including Rund. The tender process was highly competitive and has identified the best suppliers for our members to source construction-related consultancy services for the built environment. Members accessing this framework will work with a team of technical procurement experts whilst benefiting from procurement efficiencies, value for money, and a fast route to market."
Paul Deakin, Executive Director at Rund said: “We are thrilled to join Fusion21's Construction Consultancy Services Framework and to have the opportunity to support their members across the UK.
