Today, we are delighted to welcome Andy Cook, who joins the Bristol office as Senior Surveyor.

Andy is a talented and highly organised leader with 10 years of experience managing projects in the construction sector. He excels at confident decision-making for high-value projects, managing complex budgets and programmes, and working to extremely high standards with a robust focus on safety.

Andy joins us from a global consultancy, where he worked as Senior Project Manager. During this role, he obtained a breadth of experience through his involvement in a variety of schemes, from a purpose-built student accommodation development in Exeter, to Project Lead on a feasibility study for a £150m prison expansion. As he joins us, Andy is chartered with the MCIOB and is looking to further develop his career in project management through his position at Rund.

With acute skills in value engineering, contract administration, and stakeholder management, Andy will be a valuable member of the Project Management team at Rund, bringing expertise acquired from working in a range of sectors, including residential, commercial/retail, defence, industrial and higher education.

We are excited about the arrival of Andy, whose skills and experience will enable him to boost the excellence of our Project Management services.
