Today, we are delighted to welcome Sakib Mohammed, who joins the Birmingham office as Surveyor.

Sakib received a first-class honours degree in Quantity Surveying from Birmingham City University and boasts 4 years of industry experience, which he obtained alongside and following his studies. He is now excited to move into a Project Management/Employer’s Agent role at Rund and receive support through his ambition of receiving Chartered status.

Joining us from a construction consultancy, Sakib has acquired a wealth of experience in teamwork and multidisciplinary services. He is adept at managing cost variations, conducting monthly evaluations of works carried out on-site, and preparing project cost plans to ensure robust pricing and risk management. Sakib’s excellent communication skills enable him to liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, and site teams to ensure the smooth running of projects.

Through his previous roles, Sakib has worked on several projects including new build houses, office and care home refurbishments, strip-out projects, factory extensions, and student apartments, equipping him with a variety of skills and experience.

We are excited about the arrival of Sakib, whose skills and experience will enable him to boost the excellence of our Project Management and Employer’s Agent services.
