Rund has been appointed to Hyde Housing Association’s new Development Consultants’ Framework, with places awarded across all value bands of the Employer’s Agent and Clerk of Works lots. 

Hyde Housing Association is one of the UK’s largest housing associations, currently managing around 50,000 homes across London, Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, the East of England, and the East Midlands. The four-year framework is set to support the delivery of an anticipated 1,500 new homes per year across London and the South East, including a mix of outright sale properties and shared ownership and affordable/social rent tenures. 

Our highly regarded Employer’s Agent and Clerk of Works services will be assisting Hyde in their overarching aim to support people in housing need, combining social purpose with entrepreneurial drive and professionalism. Hyde is a long-standing client of Rund’s, with our Employer’s Agent service currently being utilised on their Bilsham Road, Yapton scheme which will see the creation of 250 one, two three- and four-bedroom properties split between social rent and shared ownership tenures.
