We are delighted to share that Nicole Harvey, Surveyor in our London office, recently passed her Assessment of Professional Competence (APC), meaning she is now a Chartered Building Surveyor. We celebrate Nicole’s success and commend her for all the hard work she put into achieving this significant career milestone.
Throughout her time at Rund, Nicole has been instrumental to the expansion of our Building Surveying services, bringing her expertise to a wide range of residential and commercial projects. She has undertaken and advised on defect analysis, feasibility surveys, and general building surveys for a wide range of clients. As she takes her career forward, Nicole has the professional backing of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors - endorsing her Building Surveying consultancy and increasing the confidence of our clients.
As part of the APC support Rund offers, Nicole’s route to passing her exams was kindly supported by Phil Smith, Ben Worby, Aqib Zahir, Jo Rothery, Adam Marten, and Dom Part, who provided regular advice and feedback sessions. We are grateful to all three of them for providing his valuable counsel and supporting Nicole’s journey to chartership.
As a company, it is incredibly rewarding to offer our people support through MRICS designations with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, part of our commitment as an industry-leading consultancy. Supporting the career journeys of our people forms part of our One Rund philosophy, as our senior team members use their experience to guide and advise those pursuing professional qualifications and further education. We are proud to see this reflected throughout the company, and we very much look forward to celebrating more professional milestones as our people continue flourishing in their careers.
Well done, Nicole Harvey MRICS – enjoy celebrating your achievement!
