Rund’s London team continues to grow with the appointment of Rubén Riveros as Graduate Surveyor.

Rubén joins us with a First-Class Honours degree in Civil Engineering from Brunel University and valuable experience from his recent September work experience with us, where he gained hands-on exposure to quantity surveying, cost management, and project control.

During his time with us, Rubén developed practical skills in elemental cost estimating, preparing client reports, managing contract instructions, and using industry-standard tools such as CostX. His technical foundation in structural design, combined with his experience in budgeting and cost estimation, positions him well to develop into a well-rounded surveyor. Rubén is eager to build on this foundation and advance his career in cost management, project financial control, project management and client-facing consultancy.

Rubén's appointment reflects our ongoing commitment to developing graduate talent and investing in the next generation of surveying professionals.
