Rund is delighted to be celebrating continued growth as we welcome two new starters across two of our regional offices – Joanna Fielder, who joins our Southampton office as Aftercare Administrator, and Akvile Gecaite, who joins our Birmingham office as Assistant Surveyor.

Joanna has over 19 years of experience in performing an administrative role, spanning credit control services, office management duties, customer care, and document control. At one stage, she headed up these services across three separate companies under an umbrella corporation, providing her with an enhanced ability to delegate her time efficiently and compartmentalise her workload.

Akvile has a decade of experience in project management, including six in the property and real estate industry. She started out her career as an Assistant Project Manager at a company specialising in the design and manufacture of technical product solutions for the transport and commercial sectors, before moving into property management and development, where she provided guidance to sellers and buyers in the marketing and purchasing of properties, in addition to conducting market analysis exercises. Akvile’s most recent career stretch has seen her work with leading infrastructure and building consultancies as an Assistant Project Manager, ensuring the delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the quality required.
