Following a year of significant growth for our Clerk of Works division, Rund is delighted to welcome another talented individual to its London team, as it welcomes Paul Cousins.

Paul has 19 years of experience in the construction industry and holds a BSc in Construction Management. The majority of his career has been spent in site management roles with a range of developers and contractors, working across substantial residential schemes across the capital and its outer boroughs. Some of his career highlights include taking ownership of customer care for 170+ units on one of his projects and changing aspects of Home Tours to suit this, ultimately contributing to an increase in NHBC customer survey scores – along with purchasing and renovating a property in Scotland, which went on to achieve a 5-star rating from Visit Scotland.

We are looking forward to having Paul’s technical expertise and meticulous focus on quality complement our highly regarded Clerk of Works service.
