Watford Community Housing (WCH) has appointed Rund on a new Rooftop Development Framework, open to all public sector bodies across the UK.

The four-year framework has been developed by WCH in partnership with Pretium Frameworks Ltd and aims to provide bespoke, high-quality rooftop development solutions to public sector organisations.

As a key consultant on the framework, Rund offers complete asset lifecycle management as part of its extensive Building Surveying and Project Management services. Our experts draw on more than 50 years’ experience to develop strategic management plans which improve, maintain, and enhance important assets within public sector company portfolios.
