Rund has welcomed a new Assistant Clerk of Works, Lee Watkinson, to its Southampton team to further strengthen its highly regarded Clerk of Works services.

Lee has over 5 years of experience in the construction industry, working predominantly across residential developments in the south of England as an Assistant Site Manager. He has managed sites for a substantial number of established developers such as Redrow Homes, Berkely Homes and Cala Homes and thanks to his more recent freelance work, is particularly skilled at adapting to changing sites, companies, operating procedures, and client needs.

We are looking forward to Lee’s contribution to our growing Clerk of Works team, where he will be working across a variety of projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality build standards.
