Rund is pleased to announce the appointment of Harooj Ahmed as Surveyor within our Birmingham office, further strengthening our Quantity Surveying capability.

Harooj joins the business from a leading global consultancy, bringing five years of experience gained across consultancy and contractor environments within the residential and commercial sectors.

Her experience spans both pre and post-contract services, including cost planning, tendering, contract administration, payment certification, risk management, cost reporting, project monitoring, and final account negotiations. She has worked closely with clients, design teams, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, helping to deliver commercially successful outcomes.

Harooj holds a first-class honours degree in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management from Coventry University and has built a strong reputation for her collaborative approach, commercial awareness, and commitment to delivering value for clients.

As part of Rund's Birmingham team, she will support a broad range of quantity surveying commissions across multiple sectors, contributing to the continued growth of our cost management services.
