Rund is delighted to welcome Oscar Belfield to our Southampton office as an Apprentice Clerk of Works.

Oscar is already familiar with the business, having previously completed work experience with Rund's Clerk of Works team. During this time, he accompanied our team on site visits, de-snagging exercises, defect inspections, and quality reviews across a range of residential developments, providing an introduction to the important role Clerk of Works professionals play in maintaining construction quality and compliance.

As he begins his apprenticeship, Oscar will work alongside experienced members of the team, supporting inspections and reporting activities while developing the technical knowledge and practical skills required to build a successful career within the profession.
