Rund’s London office gains two new starters: an experienced leader and a rising talent

Today, we are delighted to welcome Govinder Singh Sandhu and Lloyd Knott, who join the London office as Associate and Assistant Clerk of Works, respectively.

Govinder brings over 9 years of experience in Project Management, having worked across a variety of sectors including residential, industrial, commercial, and local government projects.

Govinder holds a BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering from Nottingham Trent University and has a strong background in delivering complex, high-value projects. His career began with a global construction company on their Graduate Development Programme, followed by roles at consultancies. His project management portfolio includes the refurbishment of the Grade II listed London Borough of Waltham Forest Town Hall, the construction of the flagship Big Yellow Self Storage store in Kings Cross, and the development of two 26-storey build-to-rent towers in Stratford.

Meanwhile, Lloyd Knott arrives to enhance our Clerk of Works team. He joins us from a property developer, where he initially worked as Materials Controller, managing the deliveries, storage, and distribution of all materials. Following this, he stepped into a Trainee Assistant Site Manager role, where his duties included achieving operational readiness and practical completion dates and completing sectional handovers.

Having worked on diverse sites for 18 months, Lloyd has honed his attention to detail and communication skills, which will enable him to excel as an Assistant Clerk of Works. Hardworking and dedicated, Lloyd is keen to kickstart his career with Rund, as we help him meet his goals.

We are thrilled to welcome both Govinder and Lloyd, and we look forward to experiencing the benefits they will bring to our team.
