On Wednesday 7th December 2022, Rund was joined by hundreds of student property experts at the InterContinental London O2 for the Student Accommodation Conference, Showcase and Awards 2022.
The annual event, created and hosted by Property Week, aims to unite the PBSA (Purpose Built Student Accommodation) community for insightful debates, shine a spotlight on the innovators and opportunities within the sector and celebrate excellence through its highly anticipated awards evening.
Our attendance ensured we were able to gain crucial insight into upcoming trends and best practice from important figureheads across the sector, including developers, universities and higher education thought leaders. Affordability and service/utility costs remained a key topic throughout – particularly with regards to the current cost of living crisis - and how those serving the PBSA sector, including Rund, can help alleviate this.
It proved to be a highly rewarding event, with plenty of considerations to take forward into 2023.
