Rund Partnership has introduced two new Clerk of Works to its Bristol and Southampton teams to strengthen its exceptional quality service provision across the UK.
Mark Simmonds joins as Clerk of Works in our Bristol office. He has over 40 years’ experience working in the property and construction industry and is a member of The Institute of Clerk of Works and Construction Inspectorate (ICWCI). Prior to Rund, Mark worked as Senior Clerk of Works at housebuilder Lifestory within its Later Living division, helping deliver high-quality homes for independent living across the UK.
Among his strong portfolio of experience, Mark has also worked as Senior Clerk of Works for project management consultant Provelio, and housing association Alliance Homes. His wealth of industry knowledge and skills will prove highly valuable as we develop our Bristol office base and take on new projects across the region.
Julie Harris is our newest Assistant Clerk of Works in the Southampton office, bringing 26 years’ experience in the property and construction industry.
She joins Rund following her role as Site Manager at Taylor Wimpey, where she was responsible for ensuring high-quality build standards were delivered on schemes from start to finish. Julie also brings a broad range of experience from working across multiple project types, including Listed buildings and school refurbishments.
Mark and Julie’s appointments will prove highly valuable as we continually enhance and extend our commitment to delivering exceptional quality standards in construction across the country.
