Rund is delighted to announce the promotion of Will Ashton to Associate Director, recognising his contribution to the continued growth and development of our Technical Due Diligence service.

Having first joined Rund as a summer intern in 2016 and 2018, Will became a permanent member of the team in 2019, joining as an Assistant Surveyor. Since then, he has built extensive experience advising clients across a wide range of development and investment projects, while progressively taking on greater leadership responsibilities within the business.

In his new role as Associate Director, he will lead the ongoing development of Rund's Technical Due Diligence service, with a focus on improving service quality and consistency. He will also develop our methodologies and support team growth, while continuing to advise clients across a diverse portfolio of projects and helping them identify and manage technical risk throughout the property lifecycle.

Alongside his project work, Will plays a significant role in developing future industry talent as Programme Coordinator of Rund's Graduate Pathway. Through this programme, he helps coordinate and support the professional development of graduates across the business, ensuring they receive the guidance and opportunities needed to build successful careers.

Commenting on his promotion, Will said: "Having started my career at Rund as an intern, I'm incredibly proud to have progressed through the business and into this new role. Rund has given me fantastic opportunities to develop professionally, and I'm looking forward to continuing to strengthen our Technical Due Diligence service while supporting the growth of our team. Having benefited from the opportunities and guidance I've received throughout my own career, I'm excited to use this role to further support the development of our graduates and emerging professionals, helping them grow and progress in their careers."
