Rund is pleased to announce three new appointments joining our Birmingham and London offices today, strengthening our surveying and Clerk of Works capability.
Birmingham
Adam Zaman joins as a Surveyor. Adam is a Quantity Surveyor and Employer's Agent with over 10 years' client-facing consultancy experience within the residential construction sector, and is currently working towards RICS Chartership. His project experience spans a wide range of residential and specialist housing schemes, including work for Birmingham Municipal Housing Trust, Green Square Accord, Bromford Housing Group and Persimmon Homes, with project values ranging from £1 million to £18 million. Adam holds a BSc in Construction Management.
Rob Elder joins as a Clerk of Works, bringing over 30 years' experience across residential and commercial construction, from new build to refurbishment. He joins us from Markham's Limited, having previously held roles including Project Manager at Seddon Construction, and Site Manager at Taylor Wimpey, Bellway Homes and Applethwaite Homes. Rob holds an NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management and is SMSTS qualified.
London
Lawrence Azubuogo joins as a Clerk of Works, bringing over 10 years' experience delivering and inspecting residential, civil and structural construction works across social housing, mixed-use developments and refurbishment projects, with expertise in retrofit and building decarbonisation. He joins us from Lexiipee Nigeria Ltd, where he worked on marine and civils infrastructure for the Delta State Government, following almost seven years at Turner & Townsend as a Senior Design Consultant. Lawrence holds an MSc in Civil Engineering from the University of Greenwich and is a Graduate Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers (GMICE).
Adam, Rob and Lawrence bring valuable experience to Rund's surveying and Clerk of Works teams, and we look forward to the contribution they will make across our Birmingham and London projects.
