Rund is continuing to support the development of talented property consultants as it recruits new Assistant Surveyor, Sam Barnes within its Bristol office.

Sam has a few years’ experience in the construction industry, including as a carpenter, and more recently as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with a small cost consultancy in South Gloucestershire, where he gained experience across a variety of sectors including residential, commercial, NHS, and local council. Here, his responsibilities included writing cost plans and schedules of works for a variety of bespoke projects.

Sam’s move into our Bristol team follows a period of growth for the office, which has very recently been relocated to a brand new, state-of-the-art office building in the city centre. We have also welcomed a wealth of new talent to the team across the past six months, further cementing the expanse of our consultancy services to valued clients across the South West of England.

Sam will assist our wider quantity surveying team at Rund in the preparation of cost plans and financial reporting for our clients both in the region and across the UK. We greatly look forward to supporting him in the next stage of his career in building and construction consultancy.
