Rund Partnership’s multi-skilled Clerk of Works team is set to benefit Network Homes’ latest development in Hertford, as we’re appointed at Thieves Lane.
The 102-home development is located to the west of Hertford town centre and involves the creation of 71 Affordable Rent and 31 Shared Ownership homes, as part of a wider 254-home development at Blakemore Manor. Network Homes is delivering the homes under a Section 106 agreement with Croudace Homes, with a mix of one and two bedroom apartments and two, three and four bedroom houses.
Network Homes has invested in our core Clerk of Works quality management services, in addition to our Fire Stopping and Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Clerk of Works specialist offerings. Our combined knowledge and experience will help ensure every piece of work is carried out to the highest quality standards.
Cameron Cappus, Managing Clerk of Works at Rund Partnership commented: “Clients value our ability to offer specialist advice, with many members of our team holding reputable professional qualifications and others having worked within trade roles prior to Rund. By using our team’s different streams of expertise, we can work seamlessly together with Network Homes to ensure every home at Thieves Lane is built with exceptional quality at front of mind.”
