Rund is delighted to be celebrating four employee length of service achievements, all reached within the past month.

The current celebrations focus on our Southampton office – where Yolanda Buxey, Senior Surveyor, and Julia Bates, Senior Administrator are both celebrating their 10-year milestone, while Emily McLeod, Aftercare Manager, and Chloe White, Aftercare Administrator, are both celebrating their 5-year milestone.

As an employer, we appreciate that everyone’s professional journey looks different and is dependent upon a wide array of circumstances. We do however, work hard to build a ‘One Rund' approach that makes us stand out as a place to work. We have curated inclusive and welcoming environments across each of our four offices and actively promote good wellbeing, along with providing accessible routes to raise any suggestions for improving the business and making it a more positive place to work for everyone. We are exceptionally proud to have a great team culture and utilise our top resources to help people shape their careers and achieve their best. We nurture potential, provide excellent training, build careers, and have fun too through our away days and social get-togethers. It is through this ‘One Rund’ approach that we believe helps us claim our title as the Employer of Choice. 

Length of service milestones are a significant reflection of this, and we are exceptionally proud to be celebrating with Yolanda, Julia, Emily, and Chloe this month.
