We are delighted to welcome the newest member of our Birmingham office, Amye Evitts, who is passionate about the built environment. Amye has worked in the property industry since July 2021 and she joins Rund with relevant skills and experience to bring to the team.

Since November 2022, Amye has worked in an estate agency as a Lettings Consultant. Her role gave her strong experience in property management, including valuing properties for rent then issuing tailored advice to landlords, ensuring properties complied with legislation before the start of tenancies, and providing end-of-tenancy inspections. 

Amye’s experience helped her develop skills in customer service, organisation and teamwork, as well as a strong attention to detail. She is now excited to begin a new role as a Trainee Surveyor, bringing the knowledge and experience she has learned in property management to construction consultancy.

We’re pleased to welcome Amye, who will be a fantastic member of the team and will receive access to our tailored learning and development resources to support her career in the built environment.
