Rund is continuing to invest in its team and build its reputation as the ‘consultant of choice’ with various new appointments, including its latest recruit, Umar Sarkar.

Umar joins the London office as Surveyor, with 6 years’ experience working in the property and construction industry. His appointment at Rund follows his role at OD Group, a specialist commercial construction company, where he worked as Commercial Manager on office fit-out projects.

Umar commented: “I’m looking forward to applying my experience to my new role at Rund, expanding into new sectors beyond the commercial spectrum. The construction industry has faced many challenges due to the pandemic and Brexit’s economic implications, so it will be great to work as part of a team committed to driving the industry forwards.”
