Rund has welcomed two new additions to its teams in Birmingham and London as it continues building its presence across the country.

Bradley Hughes, Surveyor

Bradley Hughes joins the Birmingham office as Surveyor, bringing 7 years of experience in the property and construction industry. His previous roles include Quantity Surveyor at Baily Garner LLP and a Commercial Manager at RPS. His role at RPS saw him work across various residential, education, assisted living and blue light projects.

Bradley is looking forward to pursuing his ambition of becoming Chartered and accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors within the next 12 months. He is also keen to help us capitalise on the strong development opportunities in the Midlands, enhancing our portfolio in the region and building long-term client relationships.

Sheri Ajibike, Assistant Finishing and Quality Surveyor

Sheri Ajibike has joined our London team as Assistant Finishing and Quality Surveyor. Sheri previously worked as a Document Controller for housebuilder Hill Group UK, where she was responsible for ensuring all works were carried out in accordance with strict health and safety procedures, policies, and guidelines.

Sheri is looking forward to growing her knowledge and understanding of the construction industry, while developing her skills as a Finishing and Quality Inspector through her day-to-day work and additional training at Rund. Her existing experience in health and safety compliance will enhance our added value services, as we keep clients fully informed of up-to-date rules and regulations and offer highly knowledgeable, trusted advice.
