Rund is pleased to announce the appointment of two new team members, with Greg Gaiger joining our Bristol office as Senior Surveyor and Hannah Broome joining our Birmingham office as Graduate Surveyor.
Greg brings over nine years of experience delivering multi-million-pound development and transformation projects, with a strong track record in stakeholder engagement, project governance, and end-to-end delivery across residential and mixed-use programmes. As a Member of the Association for Project Management (MAPM), he brings a structured, commercially aware approach to bridging client requirements, design teams, and delivery.
Having held senior roles with Bristol-based consultancies, Greg is well-versed in the demands of complex, multi-disciplinary projects and joins us ready to make an immediate impact. We are very pleased to have someone of his experience on board.
Hannah joins us from the University of Bath with a strong analytical background in data and project coordination, which will provide excellent foundations as she explores the range of specialisms available through our graduate programme. Prior work experience with a construction consultancy has already given her valuable exposure to tendering, valuations, and project lifecycles.
We look forward to supporting Hannah’s professional development as she works towards accreditation and to playing a part in shaping her career within the industry.
Greg and Hannah’s appointments form part of our wider investment in team growth, professional development and the continued strengthening of our office network. By bringing in experienced talent and supporting emerging professionals, we are building the capacity, capability, and local presence needed to support our long-term ambitions.
