Rund is delighted to welcome a number of new starters to its highly regarded team this week.
Sarah Culley
Sarah joins our Southampton team as Assistant Surveyor. Prior to Rund, Sarah worked at MSP Business Services Ltd for four years as Health & Safety and CDM Advisor. Sarah’s experience in health and safety will be a valuable addition to our team’s wealth of expertise at Rund. She is looking forward to working closely with our supportive team members, learning new skills, and helping us build our reputation as ‘the consultant of choice’.
Rosie Goddard
Rosie is a new addition to our Administration team in the London office. She joins our team following her role as Business Admin at the YMCA England and Wales. As Rund marks Rosie’s first venture into the property and construction industry, she looks forward to learning more about the sector’s opportunities in her new role. Her contributions within our Administration team will be essential as we continue expanding and taking on new business.
Rajbir Sehmi
Rajbir joins our London team as Assistant Surveyor. He is in the process of completing his MSc in Quantity Surveying, and previously worked as Assistant Project Manager and Cost Consultant at N.N. Dev Consultancy Ltd. Rajbir has worked in the property and construction industry for 10 years and is a student member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). As he plans to begin his APC at Rund and become chartered, Rajbir will also bring a wealth of fresh insights and knowledge to our team from his past industry experience and current studies.
Jade Ikem
Jade also joins our London team as Assistant Surveyor. Prior to Rund, Jade worked at Careessence Ltd as an Office Manager, while carrying out an MSc in Quantity Surveying at London South Bank University. Jade has an academic background in Law and experience in management, bringing multiple transferable skills to her new role. She looks forward to learning many new practical and theoretical skills, working both independently and collaboratively with her team.
