UK Real Estate Investment Trust, Empiric Student Property has commissioned Rund’s Clerk of Works services at two student accommodation properties in Hampshire.

Europa Studios in Portsmouth and Brunswick House in Southampton collectively house more than 400 students in premium accommodation. Our expert Clerk of Works services will be fundamental as both properties undergo essential renovation.

Brunswick House will see cladding replaced on its tower block with a Euroclad system. Brick slips will also be removed and reinstalled on the building’s gable wall, with insulation replaced. Works at Europa Studios include removing spandrel panels and replacing them with non-combustible panels. All cavity barriers and Fire Stopping features will also be reinstated.

Our Clerk of Works services will ensure all works are executed with the highest quality standards. Our experts will conduct detailed site inspections and specification reviews, using specialist Fire Stopping knowledge to ensure all works comply with the latest legislation.
