Yesterday marked the end of the UKREiiF Annual Event 2023 in Leeds, which our Managing Director, Richard Mussell and Executive Director, Paul Belfield were pleased to attend.
With over 6,000 attendees from various facets of the real estate industry – including developers, local authorities and investors – we were delighted to be a part of the conference, which each year seeks to enact positive growth in developments across the country – ensuring they are sustainable, inclusive and transformational. Of particular interest in 2023’s edition was the focus on technology and innovation and its role in real estate – and how it is only set to increase exponentially.
Next up in Rund’s events calendar will be Bisnow’s Annual Build to Rent Conference in Wembley on 14th – 15th of June, where we are keen to further discuss the current market through a BTR lens.
