Rund has welcomed a new Senior Surveyor, Stan Ten, to its established London team.

Stan has worked in the construction industry for 8 years and has a bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management from the University of Westminster. He joins us following his role as Project & Development Manager at Martin Homes Limited, where he oversaw the setup, delivery and sale of a range of residential properties across the South East.

Stan has also worked in the capacity of both freelance Quantity Surveyor and Estimator for large residential developments and fit-out projects across London, strengthening his commercial knowledge across the sector.

We are excited for Stan’s valuable contributions to our talented surveying team in London.
