This September, Rund is pleased to welcome ten new graduates to its Graduate Pathway, joining teams across our London, Birmingham, Bristol, and Southampton offices.

Each graduate has joined Rund following our graduate recruitment day, which gave candidates the opportunity to meet people from across the business, take part in assessment activities and gain a clearer understanding of the work, culture, and career pathways available at Rund.

The Graduate Pathway is an established route into the business, with many previous graduates progressing within Rund and completing further professional study as they develop their careers. 

The new cohort will receive structured support as they build their technical knowledge, professional confidence, and practical project experience, including learning from experienced colleagues, gaining exposure to live projects, and developing an understanding of the services, sectors, and clients that shape Rund’s work.

The new cohort includes Ed Kennett, Reuben Bryan, Calvin Busulwa, Jaspar Steele, Arda Fettin, Isabelle Abelwhite, Charlotte Pepperill-Clarke, Isobelle Smith, Will Day and Louis Glover, who bring a broad mix of academic backgrounds and previous experience into the business.

We look forward to supporting them as they begin their careers with Rund and continue their development through our established graduate programme.
