Rund is pleased to welcome back Reuben Bryan and Arda Fettin, who both re-join us this September through our Graduate Pathway, having previously completed placements with the business.

Reuben Bryan joins our Southampton office as a Graduate Surveyor on 1st September. He previously completed a four-week summer work experience placement with Rund in Southampton in August 2025, working on cost plans, bills of quantities and cost estimates for live housing development schemes, followed by a further placement with our London surveying team in January 2026. Reuben has now graduated with a degree in Modern History with Economics from the University of Manchester.

Arda Fettin joins our London office as a Graduate Surveyor on 14th September. Arda previously spent a year on placement with Rund as part of his degree at the University of Warwick, working across Project Management, Employer's Agent and Quantity Surveying disciplines on developments including Trinity Tower and Parkside in Manchester and Bellevue Mansions in Stockwell. He has now graduated with a BSc in Accounting & Finance from the University of Warwick.

Both join Rund through our Graduate Pathway, which supports graduates towards RICS-accredited qualifications and chartership through the Assessment of Professional Competence.

We're glad to have Reuben and Arda back, and look forward to supporting the next stage of their careers with us.
