Rund’s graduate scheme is continuing to go from strength to strength in supporting aspiring surveyors in the initial stages of their careers, as it welcomes the newest addition to its London team.

Jack Vitrotti joins us today as Graduate Surveyor, following his role as a Consultant at Pear Tree Talent, where he was responsible for overseeing the recruitment of senior professionals in London’s insurance market. His other career experience includes roles as a self-employed Property Manager for two years in Costa Rica, during which he grew a portfolio of two residential properties to eight, and as a Lettings Agent with a leading estate agency in South Kensington. Jack also has a first-class degree in Business & Management from the University of Roehampton.

Jack is the latest graduate recruit at Rund following our recent focus on enhancing our graduate scheme – which has included our own Graduate Assessment Centre in March, alongside attendance at various University careers fairs and similar assessment centres/bootcamps. Our investment in graduate careers is continuing throughout 2024, with seven Graduate recruits – including Jack – set to join the team across the spring and summer.

We look forward to supporting Jack as he starts to build a long-term career in surveying and construction consultancy with Rund.
