Rund is welcoming another new addition to its Clerk of Works team, with the appointment of Rick Nolan.
Rick joins the Southampton office as Assistant Clerk of Works, bringing over 20 years’ experience working in the property and construction industry. His appointment at Rund follows a seven-year career at housing developer, Aster Group, where he worked as a Multi Tradesman.
Rick commented: “I am looking forward to expanding my skillset at Rund while adding value with my construction trade specialist knowledge from many years of working across different trades. I am also in the process of applying for membership at The Institute of Clerk of Works and Construction Inspectorate (ICWCI), to complement my role and further demonstrate our team’s commitment to delivering quality in construction.”
Rick joins Rund’s existing specialist network of Clerk of Works, with many team members contributing construction trade expertise to benefit clients across multiple sectors.
Paul Deakin, Director at Rund added: “Construction trade specialisms are significantly valuable in the Clerk of Works role. Clients need to be assured that those inspecting levels of quality on projects know exactly what they are looking for, so it is important for construction consultancies to demonstrate authentic experience and expertise from working in specific trades. Rick is a welcome addition to our team, adding to a growing portfolio of specific skills within our company.”
