Rund has welcomed a new Senior Surveyor, Morgan Goff, to its growing Bristol team.

Morgan has over 13 years’ experience in the construction industry, starting with a two-month Quantity Surveying work experience placement with a Wales-based consultancy firm. From here, he has gathered experience across a wealth of surveying and client roles across South Wales, including as a Project Surveyor, Asset Surveyor Team Leader, and Development Manager for a range of housing associations and contractors. His most recent tenure involved the project management of multiple developments varying in size from 9 to 52 units at different stages from conception to handover, as well as early option and development appraisals with multiple project stakeholders, including on-site resident engagement events with residents -including for, most significantly, the proposed regeneration of a 4000-property housing estate.

Morgan is a member of the Association for Project Safety and is currently working towards gaining RICS chartership within the project management route. He describes himself as a highly motivated and innovative individual looking to further his skills and tackle new challenges within an exciting organisation – and we look forward to supporting him in his professional aspirations as we continue to expand our services across the South West.
