Pocket Living, an affordable housing developer in London, has appointed Rund onto its consultants’ framework for Quantity Surveying and Employer’s Agent services. Following successful inclusion onto the framework, Rund will provide its services on Pocket Living’s upcoming Ossory Road project in Southwark.

Pocket homes are for local first-time buyers, sold at a 20% discount to the local market and remain affordable in perpetuity. A third of Pocket purchasers are the key workers currently keeping the country going.

Rund has been selected to provide Quantity Surveying services on the Ossory Road project and to provide Employer’s Agent services once the project moves into construction. The management team at Pocket Living was inspired to collaborate with Rund after seeing the high-quality professional services that Rund has to offer its clients.

The Ossory Road development is due to begin work in 2020 and will consist of 105 affordable one-bed single-person homes and 1,447m² of light industrial workspace over 11 storeys.
