Starlight Investments, a prominent global real estate investment and asset management firm’s UK team has entrusted Rund with the crucial roles of providing Technical Due Diligence and post- contract Principal Consultant and Clerk of Works services for a new build to rent (BTR) scheme in Dartford, Kent.
The BTR scheme is a significant undertaking that will see the delivery of 232 new homes in a mix of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments. The residential units will be enhanced by various internal and external amenities, including a 2,000 sq ft rooftop terrace. Starlight Investments has also acquired a 3,500 sq ft commercial unit located within the development earmarked for future use as additional amenity space. The seven buildings form part of a wider masterplan development and are currently under construction with Bellway London.
Rund collaborated closely with Starlight Investments, providing robust scrutiny during their acquisition. Their UK portfolio now includes over 1,250 homes, with a further 1,500 in the development pipeline.

Rund’s appointment on Dartford follows their appointment on three of Starlight Investments other build to rent schemes at Liverpool Waters, Liverpool (278 homes), Michigan Avenue, Manchester (393 homes), and Victoria Road in Ashford, Kent (254 homes).
