Stopping Building Failures – Housing Forum Report

A Housing Forum commissioned report, Stopping Building Failures: How a Collaborative Approach can Improve Quality and Workmanship was recently launched at the forum’s recent National Conference.

The report prioritises focus on procuring for quality, harnessing innovation & building defect free homes, drawing on the experience forum members from across the sector. In one of the report’s case studies, ‘Introducing Quality Hold Points’, Rund Partnership’s Director, Paul Belfield, explains how enacting quality hold points in the construction programme can improve quality control.
