Rund’s strong track record in helping deliver exceptional Build to Rent developments has been recognised again as Telford Homes has commissioned us as Employer’s Agent at Mill Road.

Located in Ilford, adjacent to the River Roding, Mill Road will create a vibrant new residential quarter with 239 new homes. All homes, including an affordable proportion, will be available on a rental basis. 77 homes will be offered at Discounted Market Rent, which are typically 20% lower than the open market rent.

The scheme will also deliver an improved public realm with dedicated landscaping works and the creation of a play area. New pedestrian access to Ilford train station and the town centre will also be developed.

As Employer’s Agent, our team will carry out thorough contract management, ensuring Telford Homes’ interests are protected throughout the course of the project. Our services include administering contracts, preparing, regulating, and analysing costs, and undertaking valuations.
